Blood Fury — Short cooldown, large burst window. The best Rogue racial here.
Hardiness — Passive stun resistance — always on, nothing to forget.
Berserking — Attack speed when things are going badly.
Regeneration — Real survivability, better paired with a regen buff.
Will of the Forsaken — One of the best PvP racials in the game for a CC target.
Shadow Resistance — Blunts Priests and Warlocks.
Cannibalize — A weak free bandage — usable in stealth.
Stoneform — Counters bleeds from Rogue, Warrior and Hunter, and adds armour briefly.
Frost Resistance — Useful against Frost Mages, little else.
Find Treasure — Twinking is expensive; every edge helps.
Escape Artist — Counters the CC of four other classes.
Engineering Specialization — Access to gadgets other races can't reach yet.
Perception — Spot other Rogues and Druids while they can't spot you.
Sword Specialization — Passive hit chance if you run swords.
Quickness — Flat dodge increase.
Shadowmeld — No cooldown share with Stealth — restealth instantly, and eat or drink safely.
Rocket boots, the rocket helmet and the Harm Prevention Belt.
Crafts the Wild Leather Shoulders and Green Whelp Armor in these lists.
First Aid — Max it out for Heavy Runecloth Bandages.
Cooking — Spider Sausage gives the best Well Fed bonus at this level.
Roots, armor and mobility: Nature's Grasp and its improvement, Thick Hide, Feline Swiftness and Feral Charge, with Furor and Improved Enrage for fast shifting.
One battle and one guardian elixir at a time.
One potion per fight; they share a cooldown.
The Druid is the best flag carrier at 39: Travel Form and Dash to run, Bear Form to soak, and shifting to break every root and slow. Nature's Grasp and Improved Nature's Grasp root whoever catches you; Feral Charge and Bash stop the chasers.
Stamina first, then armor and Agility. The honor vendors, Razorfen Downs and Scarlet Monastery cover most slots; the source's only chest for this role carries just Spirit, so the chest slot is left open.

#showtooltip Bash /cast [nostance:1] Bear Form; Bash
| Situation | Use | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Carrying the flag | Travel Form, Dash in cat form | Speed. |
| Rooted or slowed | Shift form | Shifting breaks it. |
| Chased in melee | Nature's Grasp | Roots the next attacker. |
| Cornered | Bear Form, Frenzied Regeneration | Soak and heal. |
| A caster ahead | Feral Charge, Bash | Close in and stun. |
Take the flag, shift to Travel Form, and keep moving. Every shift clears roots and slows.
When you can't outrun them, Bear Form and Nature's Grasp buy time for your team.
